ED Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse – Shift Lead

Tameside Hospital in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse to join the leadership team as a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. You will lead clinical practice, manage staffing and patient flow, and support junior colleagues in a busy ED.

The role emphasises operational management, workforce development and governance, with the aim of delivering safe, high-quality emergency care and excellent patient experience.
