About The Role

We are looking for a proactive andexperienced Mobile Multi skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join ourdynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive works across multiple client sites in Sheffield.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC,electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
- Perform general building maintenance includingplumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently,safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency call outs andprovide excellent customer service at all times.
- Complete accurate job reports, documentation,and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.
About You
- Qualified in a core trade (e.g., electrical,plumbing, HVAC) with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenancewithin commercial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to workindependently or as part of a team.
