Education HR Partner: People, Policy & Performance

Ardingly College Family of Schools in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Business Partner to provide operational generalist HR support across teaching and operational teams, advising managers on policy and legislation to help the College achieve strong performance through its people.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and change management, reporting to the HR Director.
