Organisational Development Lead — Culture & Change

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to lead the OD function, shape culture, leadership and workforce development for the council.

You will work with senior leaders, design talent programmes, use workforce insight, and drive major transformation to ensure services meet residents’ needs.

This is a full-time, 3-year fixed-term appointment based in North East Lincolnshire with a salary of £51,928 per annum.
