Interim In-House Conveyancer – Plot Sales Expert

Michael Page is seeking a qualified conveyancing professional to run day-to-day plot sale transactions. You will manage end-to-end processes, from preparing contract packs to coordinating exchanges and ensuring timely completions for new home sales.

The role requires experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing (min 3 years) and the ability to commute to Hampshire 2-3 days per week. A competitive umbrella day rate is offered with a supportive team environment.
