We’re working with a well-established planning consultancy in Oxford who are looking to add a Senior Planner to their growing team.

n

The role offers exposure to a range of residential, commercial and strategic land projects, working closely with developers, landowners and local authorities.

The rolen

  Managing planning applications and appeals.

n

• n

  Providing planning and policy advice to clients.

n

• n

  Preparing planning statements and supporting documents.

n

• n

  Liaising with councils, consultants and stakeholders.

n

• n

  Attending client meetings and site visits.

n

• n

  Supporting junior planners and contributing to new business.

n

About youn

We’re looking for someone with 4–7 years’ UK planning consultancy experience, with strong knowledge of the English planning system. MRTPI or progress towards chartership is preferred.
