The Opportunity:
n
Our Working Capital team are recruting for three Analysts across our Billing and E-Billing teams, each on a full time permanent basis.
n
The Billing team support completion of client billing activity by completing timely billing requests and related activity within Cherwell service management tool and standard billing workflow tool. The related activity also supports practice complex billing actions, including support across billing related processes.
n
The E-Billing team are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of invoices in electronic file formats (LEDES) to our clients.
n
All three roles are based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working. Candidates will be considered for each of the available roles in the first instance.

About you:
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
- n
- Previous experience of working within a finance function, working in a professional services environment would be preferable.
- Good numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Knowledge of 3e or equivalent practice management system would be a benefit but is not a requirement
