Strategic Procurement Manager – Programme Development

Anglian Water is seeking a Procurement Manager in Peterborough (Hybrid) to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across infrastructure projects, including WRMP24 schemes, and to deliver value-driven contracts with suppliers.

You will shape category plans, conduct complex negotiations, manage a portfolio, and develop a high-performing team, coordinating with the Commercial Procurement Leadership Team and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective outcomes.
