Senior Support Worker: Lead Care & Development

Creative Support is recruiting a Senior Support Worker at our Supported Living Service in Alvaston, Derby. You will support the Management Team to deliver day-to-day care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health conditions.

The role requires leadership, a commitment to development, and the ability to lead by example. Full induction, training, and the WE CARE framework support your growth; a driving licence is preferred.
