What skills and experience we’re looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be anexcellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable
- Have a minimum of2 years’ experience in the Primary phase
- Have experience anda secureknowledge oftheNationalCurriculum and Pedagogy
- Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
- Have experience of leading others
- Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward
- have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
- Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
