Clinical Lead Nurse – Complex Home Care Leader

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (Band 6) to lead complex home care packages across the Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset regions. You will develop personalised care plans, conduct holistic assessments, and supervise a regional care delivery team to ensure high standards and compliant care in the community.
