Recovery Support Worker — Empower Independence & Wellbeing

Target Housing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to help individuals with mental health needs sustain tenancies and build independence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred support, carry out risk assessments, and assist with budgeting, appointments and daily living tasks.
