Test Analyst

Contract date: October 2026 to March 2027

Skills required:

• Refine acceptance criteria to ensure testability
• Write and execute manual testing and document outcomes
• Take the lead in defect identification and assist with defect resolution
• Provide test progress to the project manager and stakeholders
• Coordinate UAT activities for small groups of business users
• ISEB / ISTQB qualification in Software or equivalent qualifications or experience
• Experience of using Azure DevOps
• Experience as a functional test analyst
• A thorough understanding of a risk based testing.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in both verbal and written communications.
• The ability to work within and contribute to a team environment and to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, users and colleagues.
• Experience of working in the higher education sector.
