Senior NPD Technologist — Hybrid: Food Innovation Lead

Zest Recruitment is helping a Durham-based food manufacturer recruit a Senior NPD Technologist. You will own new product development from concept through to launch across retailer and own‑brand ranges, creating standout recipes and driving innovation.

The role covers kitchen trials, supplier innovation, artwork sign‑off, nutritional and shelf‑life testing, customer samples and retailer briefs. You will also mentor a Junior NPD Technologist and deputise for the NPD Manager when needed.
