Soho House is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager for a maternity cover based in London. You will partner with the Global Head of Recruitment and General Managers to oversee openings, sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will recruit across our expanding portfolio of houses, restaurants and shared spaces; coach managers; contribute to opening strategies; and drive continuous process improvement.
