Working with the planner, create project programmes, set realistic timelines, and track milestones.Cost Control:
Working with the commercial team, monitor prelims and staffing. Overall cost control on site.Team and Site Supervision:
Manage subcontractors, lead internal team and direct daily operations on-site.Safety and Compliance:
Enforce health and safety rules and regulationsCSCS Card, SMSTS, Previous project management experienceCommunication:
Update clients and stakeholders regularly on progress and resolve unexpected site issues.
