Outreach Learning Support — 1:1 Youth Mentor (Community)

GSL Education – Chelmsford is seeking an Outreach Learning Support Assistant to assist a student on a 1:1 basis in the Essex community. The role involves driving the student to activities and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEN/SEMH or related needs, a full driving licence, and strong communication skills to build positive relationships and promote independence for the learner.
