Clinical Lead Nurse & Mentor

The Trust is seeking a capable nurse to act as Named Nurse, supporting nurse managers and leading on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care across in-patient settings.

You will mentor students and junior nurses, promote evidence-based practice, participate in audits and policy adherence, and ensure safe, high-quality care while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams within the division.
