On‑Site Refurbishment Coordinator – Devon (Car Allowance)

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day running of multiple refurbishment projects across Plymouth and Exeter. This hands-on role combines site management with project coordination to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager, spend most time on site, supervise activities, liaise with residents, subcontractors and clients, and help ensure safety and compliance.
