Senior IT Leader – Scale, Secure & Integrate Systems

Harmony Fire is seeking a senior operational IT leader to own the group’s business systems across Harmony Fire, SolidCor and Auro Technology, supporting ~250 users and multiple UK sites. You will manage Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ERP/CRM integrations, Power BI and bespoke internal tooling, while line-managing the IT team.

The role reports to the Group IT Director, drives IT as a service, and sets standards for security, projects and BAU across the compact but fast-growing group.
