Packer / FLT Counterbalance Driver – Pack, Move, Deliver!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

Location: Ilkeston

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Are you an experienced Packer with an FLT Counterbalance licence? We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in Ilkeston.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT
• Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards
• Completing basic paperwork and stock records
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Supporting warehouse and production operations as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
