Cover Supervisor – Flexible Term-Time Role with Development

Bowland High School is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The role starts ASAP, with a 35-hour week during term time plus two flex days.

The post is graded SCP11-19 within the UK pay scale, with FTE salary £29,071–£33,119 and pro rata £23,495–£26,766 p.a. The ideal candidate will work well within a dedicated staff team, support pupils effectively, and contribute to Bowland High’s strong community and high standards of behaviour.
