Location: Northampton (with travel across the Midlands and occasionally nationwide) Salary: Year 1: 27,000 (12.98 per hour) | Year 2: 28,000 (13.46 per hour) Further salary reviews based on training progressionHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate Holiday: 31 days including bank holidays and paid Christmas shutdown Essential: Full UK Driving Licence

What Will You Be Doing?You’ll start by learning how our products are manufactured in our Northampton workshop before progressing into installation work at customer sites.During Your Training You’ll:Learn specialist manufacturing techniquesUse hand tools and workshop equipment safelyDevelop practical trade skillsAssist with installations at customer sitesTravel to a variety of locations across the regionDeliver high-quality work as part of a skilled teamGain valuable industry experienceNo two days are the same.
