Impactful Social Worker – Youth in Care (Flexible Work)

East Sussex County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Through Care team in Eastbourne and across East Sussex. You will build relationships with care-experienced young people aged 14–25 to support their development, identity and wellbeing, working with carers and professionals to progress Care Plans and Pathway Plans.

We value creativity, compassion and authority in complex, emotional situations and support ongoing professional development. Interviews are held in Eastbourne.
