Fire & Security Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our well-established company covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, with occasional work in London.

Job Details

• £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent position
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Company vehicle and fuel card
• Mobile phone and laptop provided
• All power tools supplied
• Company pension scheme

• 1 in 6 on-call rota with £200 standby payment, plus £25 per hour for call-outs
• Overtime paid at £25 per hour

Role & Responsibilities

• Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Attending reactive call outs
• Participating in a 1 in 6 on-call rota
• Covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, with occasional work in London

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
