Senior Hospitality Supervisor – Luxury Care Home

Merriman Grange, part of The Cinnamon Care Collection, in Worthing, is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor. This full-time role focuses on delivering high standards and outstanding resident and guest satisfaction, overseeing catering, hospitality, and housekeeping operations.

You will bring hotel or catering management experience, budget control knowledge, and strong leadership to train a team, manage suppliers, and work with the General Manager to maintain excellent service.
