The OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing business in Bugbrooke. Key Responsibilities• Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations
About You• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)• Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)• Multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
