Senior Care Team Leader – Residential Home

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff in our Haywards Heath home. You will train, supervise and delegate on shift, ensuring warm, person-centred care for residents.

You’ll manage medication administration, update care plans and risk assessments, and coordinate with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families to support wellbeing and dignity.
