Role : Service Advisor
Location: Ballyclare
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Saturday on rotational basis Pay: £30,000
A business that provides products and services to Northern Irelands transport industry are now looking for a Service Advisor.

The Role:
This position revolves round making the customer experience as smooth as possible. Youll be taking bookings, making outbound customer care calls, generating quotes, administration and arranging vehicle collection/delivery.
The Requirements:
- Strong administration and customer service background ideally within an engineering, automotive or manufacturing environment.
- IT literate.
- Full, clean driving licence.
