£14/h Counterbalance Forklift Driver (Corby)

ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Fork Lift Counterbalance Driver to join our client’s dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries and moving products around the warehouse and production areas
• Ensuring materials and finished products are stored correctly and safely
• Supporting production and warehouse teams with the movement of stock and pallets
• Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required
• Driving the FLT on the road to another company yard, approximately 150 metres away, to refill with gas

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence/certificate
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift is essential
• Valid car driving licence – essential, as the successful candidate will be required to drive the FLT on the road to another company yard, approximately 150 metres away, to refill with gas
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong team-player mentality and positive attitude
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred

Shift: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
