Residential Leasehold Property Manager – Fire Safety Focus

Hyperion Partners is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a permanent role based in London/Essex. You will manage a portfolio of residential leasehold developments, typically 30–80 units, liaising with RMC directors, leaseholders and residents.

The role covers service charge management, budgeting, Section 20 consultations, major works, contractor site inspections and fire safety compliance across residential schemes.
