Securities Services – Agency Securities Finance Product Manager – Vice President

Overview

As Vice President in Agency Securities Finance Product Management, you will shape the platform’s delivery, governance, and growth across EMEA. You will partner with Trading, Sales, Client Coverage, Operations, and Technology to bring scalable solutions to market. You will lead regulatory due diligence and cross‑functional execution within a strong risk framework, guided by data and market insight. You help drive client-focused product decisions and commercial outcomes while advancing continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of governance, markets, and growth, offering meaningful impact on our securities finance offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day product management across EMEA, including governance and change delivery
• Monitor regulatory and market developments and coordinate impact responses
• Drive product enhancements and expansion aligned to client needs and market dynamics
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Trading, Sales, Client Coverage, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Tax) to deliver initiatives
• Manage internal governance and approval processes for launches and enhancements
• Prepare concise materials for forums, senior stakeholders, and implementation planning
• Support commercialisation with client-facing and internal product content
• Represent product management in regional forums, including non-standard client requests
• Engage in industry discussions and consultations to inform internal views
• Use portfolio analytics and market intelligence to improve processes and outcomes
• Ensure delivery within a strong risk, control, and governance framework

Key requirements

• Experience in product management or financial markets with exposure to securities finance, secured funding, or collateralised products
• Understanding of product governance and lifecycle delivery in a regulated environment
• Ability to lead regulatory and tax due diligence and manage required approvals and documentation
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven business cases
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with disciplined execution
• Effective stakeholdermanagement across functions and seniority levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior forums and clients
