Clinical Project Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will support the Clinical Trial Management team to ensure timely, accurate delivery of trial activities. You will collaborate across internal teams, sponsors, sites and vendors while owning essential documentation and timelines. The position offers exposure to international studies across oncology, cardiology, and rare diseases, contributing to Medpace’s mission to accelerate safe and effective therapeutics. This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path in project coordination within a global CRO setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Trial Manager to deliver recurring tasks accurately and on time
• Compile and maintain project status reports in the CTMS
• Coordinate with internal teams, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Own the Trial Master File
• Create and maintain project timelines and enrolment projections
• Coordinate project meetings and produce minutes

Key requirements

• 1-3 years of clinical trials experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences
• Excellent oral and written English communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in a health sciences or business setting preferred
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
