Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion
- Provide high-quality technical conveyancing advice across all aspects of homeownership transactions
- Support colleagues and collaborate across the firm to ensure smooth case progression
- Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the practice
- Deliver proactive client service and responsive communication to clients
- Assist in mentoring and training junior fee earners if applicable
Key requirements
- 3-8 years PQE or FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential property work
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
