Overview
In this role you will support the Global Supply Chain by ensuring efficient movement, storage and distribution of semiconductor equipment and parts across international logistics networks. You will work with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to uphold service levels and inventory accuracy while driving compliance and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to end-to-end物流 operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with a focus on timely execution and operational excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enable customer commitments and business continuity, contributing to KLA’s competitive advantage in the semiconductor sector.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, urgent, and critical shipments across manufacturing sites, suppliers, distribution centers, depots, repair facilities, field stocking locations and customer sites
- Monitor shipment status, delivery performance and service-level adherence; resolve transportation and warehouse-related exceptions promptly
- Manage warehouse activity, spare parts orders, returns, replenishment, inventory movements, cycle counts and stock investigations to ensure material availability
- Collaborate with service, planning, customer support, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers to meet customer commitments
- Support import/export activities, shipping documentation, controlled shipments and resolution of customs or regulatory matters
- Ensure accurate SAP/ERP transactions, support data accuracy, KPI reporting and process improvements
- Escalate delays, compliance concerns and operational risks and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
Key requirements
- Degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional logistics experience
- Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or international supply chain environments
- Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, import/export activity, customs processes, and logistics service execution
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Outlook, Power BI, WMS, TMS, or shipment tracking platforms is preferred
