Holistic Family Support Worker – Impactful & Collaborative

Bradford Children and Families Trust is recruiting individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for children. You will undertake holistic assessments, develop plans, and coordinate multi-agency support for families.

You will ensure children’s participation in their assessments and reviews, managing your own caseload with a focus on progress over time. We seek candidates with Level3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, GCSEs, strong IT literacy, and a commitment to safeguarding.
