Specialist – Content Creation

Overview

In this role you will design and develop measurable learning programs to empower Freshworks’ GTM teams to engage with and sell our products. You will collaborate with GTM partners and SMEs, applying adult learning principles to create engaging learning solutions. You will shape experiences for our sales, partner, and customer success teams through scalable, innovative training. This position offers the opportunity to influence how we educate a global audience and to leverage AGILE methods for impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Curriculum Design with partner teams and SMEs using AGILE methodologies
• Global Scalable Training design across in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous formats
• Information Architecture to create logical, learner-friendly flows
• Instructional Design using eLearning tools with a focus on structure and clarity
• Visual Design aligned with brand standards for assets
• Ongoing Quality Assessment of solutions for quality, scalability, and impact
• Technology-Enhanced Learning to improve access and just-in-time learning
• Innovative Learning Solutions through continued research and new technologies
• Outcome-Oriented Assessment to measure learner outcomes and performance

Key requirements

• 3+ years designing online instructional activities and learning experiences for adult learners
• Working knowledge of eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional visual design portfolio of graphic/digital assets or instructional design assets
• Experience creating learning evaluation plans
• Strong knowledge of inclusive and accessible design (WCAG)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
