Key requirements
- At least 5 years PQE in private client work
- Strong technical expertise and ability to manage complex matters independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, commercially minded approach
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge of the Cardiff market and existing professional network (advantageous)
- STEP qualification or working towards it (preferred)
