Overview
As Vice President in Investment Banking, you will lead and execute major transactions for industrials-focused clients, coordinating across the firm to deliver exceptional advisory and execution services. You’ll engage senior decision-makers, shape financial strategies, and manage deal processes from planning to close. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior bankers while developing business with corporate and international clients. This role offers impact at scale within a global, inclusive culture that values client-first thinking and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Model and analyze financial scenarios with precision
- Perform financial, strategic and transaction-structuring analyses
- Create and own presentations and memoranda for internal and external audiences
- Manage day-to-day deal execution and project coordination
- Support senior bankers in marketing the firm’s services
- Interact with senior team members and client management
- Participate in client meetings on execution and business development
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior team members
- Oversee recruitment process for junior bankers
Key requirements
- Top class degree or overseas equivalent in or related to finance
- Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience
- Familiarity with the sector and corporate landscape (desirable)
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyse and value businesses
