Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to Finance and GBS, translating strategy into technology-enabled change
  • Partner with leaders to shape business ideas into formal business cases and governance for investment
  • Stay close to delivery to ensure tech solutions meet business needs and deliver intended value
  • Develop strategic roadmaps, conduct deep business analysis, define requirements, and engage delivery teams
  • Manage the ERP enhancement pipeline to reflect business value and future scalability
  • Promote best practices, simplify processes, and realise measurable benefits

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst across Finance or IT with complex change programmes
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and platforms (ERP, EPM, workflow, analytics)
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to simplify complexity and define clear, testable requirements
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration
