OMF Lead Dental Nurse & Care Team Leader

The Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse leader for the Oral Maxillofacial (OMF) department. The post holder will provide leadership in nursing care, ensuring high standards of patient care and adherence to Trust policies across the unit.

They will supervise and develop nursing and support staff, manage resources and rotas, participate in appraisal and teaching, and liaise with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient experience and outcomes.
