Recycling Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Own plant safety culture, permits, and environmental compliance
• Deliver monthly output, yield, and quality targets across wash and extrusion lines
• Drive continuous improvement on uptime, energy, and water consumption
• Develop shift leaders and coordinate maintenance planning

Requirements

• 5+ years plant leadership in recycling, plastics processing, or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong track record in health & safety management
• Experience with washing lines, extrusion, or similar continuous processes
• Data-driven approach to OEE and yield improvement
