Overview
As a Lead Product Designer at Accenture Song, you own end-to-end product design for clients, shaping both UX and UI across projects. You collaborate across disciplines to elevate design work and help grow the design capability of your team. You’ll drive design systems, advocate accessibility, and contribute to pitches and client discussions. You will craft elegant, brand-aligned interfaces and seamless experiences at scale, delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from research through handoff on projects
- Collaborate across disciplines to elevate work and mentor teammates
- Drive and contribute to design systems creation and maintenance
- Own end-to-end design, identifying user needs and crafting coherent interactions
- Create detailed visual/interaction designs considering business, technical, and design factors
- Ensure accessibility and adherence to industry standards
- Support new business development with expert design input in pitches and client meetings
- Produce quality client deliverables with clear design rationale
- Work with clients, researchers, and engineers on mixed-methods projects
- Present thinking, justify design decisions, and communicate with diverse stakeholders
Key requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in digital product design
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process across mobile and web
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC) and visual/interaction craft
- Solid grounding in user research methods and usability testing
- Experience in Agile product teams
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to diverse audiences
- Awareness of AI and its role in informing design decisions
