Specification Technologist & Coordinator – Food QA

Fylde Fresh & Fabulous Ltd, a leading UK potato producer, is seeking a detail-oriented Specification Technologist / Technical Coordinator to join our Leeds team. You will deliver accurate, legally compliant finished product specifications and manage technical administration across the department.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will ensure quality systems, audits and customer requirements run smoothly, with close collaboration to production, Commercial and Purchasing teams.
