UX Designer — CRO & A/B Testing for E‑commerce

Dr. Martens plc is seeking a mid-weight UX/Product Designer to support CRO and roadmap programmes within the Experience Optimisation team. You will transform UX research into testable designs and work with global testing teams to refine A/B experiments.

The role is six-month fixed-term with hybrid working, contributing to a premium, multi-market brand experience and collaboration with Product Owners and Dev teams.
