Overview
In this role, you contribute as a Civil Engineer across levels to deliver water sector projects within AMP8. You’ll work in a collaborative team to turn needs into feasible and detailed designs, supporting delivery within schedule and budget. You’ll engage with multidisciplinary teams and may mentor others, helping to shape resilient water infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Develop solutions from needs identification and feasibility through to outline and detailed design
- Collaborate with other disciplines to integrate design components
- Support and lead other civil engineers within projects
- Deliver designs and design deliverables within timescales and budgets
- Contribute to project delivery and quality across the water sector
- Engage with AMP8 initiatives and water sector projects across the UK
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Ideally Chartered and member of a relevant engineering institution
- Experience in the water industry with design and construction knowledge
- Proven track record delivering designs and design deliverables on time and within budget
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and mentor colleagues
