Senior Civil Engineer

Overview

As a Senior Civil Engineer at Skanska, you will deliver water-related infrastructure projects within our Anglian Water programme. You will lead and develop junior engineers, driving safe, on-time, low-carbon outcomes while leveraging digital innovation. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the @one Alliance to achieve high-quality project results and strengthen environmental protection. Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse portfolio of water recycling and water supply projects
• Lead, coach, and develop junior engineers
• Drive outcome-focused, low-carbon solutions
• Build strong professional networks across the @one Alliance and partner community
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Ideally chartered or working towards chartership
• Strong practical civil design experience in water or wastewater
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
• Good understanding of modular construction methods
