Overview

In this role you apply deep industry experience to tailor Intapp Celeste for a law, accounting, consulting, or deal-making environment. You partner with client teams to map workflows to Celeste’s agents and playbooks, delivering rapid early deployments and iterative improvements. You drive adoption through focused scoping, onboarding, and hands-on training, while shaping product direction with industry and product leaders. You help scale value across a firm and set foundations for durable expansion.

Responsibilities

• Discovery as delivery: identify workflows worth automating and map them to Celeste playbooks and agents; deploy an initial version quickly and iterate under real-world usage
• Codify and tune: formalize unwritten methods into coworkers and playbooks anchored to Celeste ontology and semantics so agents reason like humans
• Earn adoption: lead scoping, walkthroughs, onboarding, and training to achieve broad Celeste uptake across groups
• Setup expansion: establish Client Success foundations to grow usage, renewals, and cross-firm expansion
• Shape product: collaborate with Industry Architects, Industry Principals, and Product leaders to align Celeste roadmaps with real-world experience

Key requirements

• Industry background in one of the firm-serving domains (legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking and advisory, private capital, or real assets) with 5+ years of practical experience
• Understanding of how a professional services firm runs (origination, pricing, staffing, routing, billing)
• Credibility to engage senior leaders (managing partners, GC, heads of innovation, C-suite)
• Strong communication skills with both practitioners and executives
• Interest in AI-driven professional work and willingness to learn a fast-moving product
• Technical fluency on agents, prompting, and generative AI; ability to work across business and technical people; coding not required
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and maintain composure in open-ended situations
• Deep expertise in a high-value domain (corporate/M&A or litigation in legal; fund formation or deal execution in private capital; audit/advisory in accounting)
• Experience in an innovation or technology function or building something that changes how work gets done
