Overview
In this role you will own the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting for capital and liquidity, ensuring compliance with interpretations and robust controls. You will support Pillar 3 disclosures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and product launches. You will improve data quality and transparency through profiling and dashboards, and design automation to scale regulatory processes. Responsibilities
- Own the preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations
- Assist in producing capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)
- Execute and improve controls to ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting
- Ensure high data quality via data profiling and issue investigation
- Use data visualization tools to build dashboards and enable sign-off and insights
- Partner with internal teams to inform business decisions and input into new product launches
- Design automation to scale regulatory work and leverage technology
Key requirements
- Good understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports and regulatory frameworks
- Data-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Knowledge of coding languages (SQL a bonus) with willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Interest in automating or enhancing recurring processes and collaborating with IT and regulatory change teams
