Overview
In this role you will lead US tax advisory work for high net worth individuals and families, coordinating with partners and directors to deliver technically solid guidance. You will support client relationships, drive delivery, and mentor junior team members within a dynamic Private Client practice. The position sits within a market-leading team that serves top private clients and single-family offices, offering broad exposure to cross-border and wealth planning topics. Responsibilities
- Support client relationships and technical delivery with Associates/Directors/Partners
- Exercise commercial judgement to progress work in coordination with leadership
- Prepare high-quality, technically accurate US tax advice for clients
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their development
- Coordinate timely preparation and submission of US tax returns
- Identify opportunities on existing accounts and contribute to business development
- Build a network with professional advisors and potential clients
Key requirements
- Experience advising high net worth individuals on US tax positions (US-only or US/UK dual)
- Experience reviewing US individual income tax returns (US-only or US/UK dual)
- Enrolled Agent (EA), US CPA, or US state bar admission
- Preference for ATT/CTA qualification if applicable to the role
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
